Our order fulfillment process is divided into two stages:

  • Processing Time: After your order is placed, it undergoes verification, quality inspection, and packaging. This process takes 1–5 business days before shipment.
  • Shipping Time: This refers to the duration it takes for the package to reach you after it has been shipped. The shipping time depends on the destination.

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to become available.
  • You can also track your order through your Ammorela account.

  • If a return is initiated, any taxes incurred during the process will be the customer’s responsibility.
