Return & Refund Policy

At Ammorela, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

14-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If your product is unopened and unused, you may return it to us for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at rimebk4@gmail.com for return authorization and detailed instructions.

Changed Your Mind or Ordered the Wrong Product?

If you've made an error in your order or changed your mind, we may be able to cancel or adjust your order before it ships. Please email rimebk4@gmail.com as soon as possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel it, but you may still return eligible items under our standard return policy.


Received the Wrong Product?

If you received an item you did not order, there are two options:

  1. Refuse the package at the time of delivery and mark it “Return to Sender.”
  2. If the package was already received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rimebk4@gmail.com. We’ll walk you through the return process and ensure the correct item is sent.

Item Not Delivered

If your order hasn’t arrived or was lost in transit (excluding stolen packages), reach out to us at rimebk4@gmail.com. We’ll investigate the issue with the carrier and send a replacement as soon as possible.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us at rimebk4@gmail.com with a description of the issue. Based on the situation, we’ll either issue a replacement or a refund.

We may ask you to return the item in its original packaging along with any included accessories.

Customs & International Shipping

For countries where adult wellness products may be restricted, we’ll make every effort to help your order pass customs. However, if it’s held or confiscated, we are unable to assume responsibility for the resulting loss.

Other Return Requests

  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping.
